About the 2020 Texas Regulatory Notice
In 2020, Lance Jerrard's name appeared in a legal order issued out of Texas, despite never having lived in, visited, or operated a business in Texas. The situation stemmed from confusion around the identity of individuals and entities involved.
Resolution and Current Status
There has been no further legal action, no follow-up investigation, and no subsequent mention of this matter since. This experience has only deepened our resolve to lead with transparency and deliver with purpose.
